Shipping Charges / Return Policy

Shipping

RED DOT Project ships artwork anywhere within the United States via the United States Postal Service. Please contact us for international shipping rates and information.

All sales are shipped via First Class Ground (or Priority by request); Items typically ship within 3 - 5 business days unless noted.

Customers will be charged the exact shipping charges plus a $2.50 handling fee for packaging and order fulfillment.

All items will be very carefully packaged.

Any package valued at $50 or above will be insured, and sent with signature confirmation.

International customers are responsible for their country's customs costs.


Refunds and Exchanges

If something does NOT arrive in a reasonable amount of time, or is damaged, or otherwise not to your liking, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to remedy the situation. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days from purchase date
